CBIL business plans

Need a business plan for a CBILS application?

The Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS) provides financial support to smaller businesses (SMEs) across the UK that are losing revenue, and seeing their cashflow disrupted, as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Businesses are required to make an application to an accredited lender for a loan and this will include a number of pieces of information.

Typically lenders can ask for;

  • A business plan
  • Management accounts
  • A cash flow forecast
  • Previous years’ accounts
  • Details of any assets

The business needs to show that it has a viable plan to exit the crisis and that it will be able to pay back any loans given.

Clearly, the business plan and forecast is the centrepiece of the application. If you can’t convince a lender that you have a viable business then you won’t be able to get a loan.

This is where I can help.

I can take your business and construct a professional and credible plan that will show your company in the best light possible.

You plan will include a compelling description of your company, a market analysis, an analysis of your future plans, forecasts for profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow.

I will also work with you to produce your package for your application and, should you be required to attend a meeting to discuss I will also work with the directors to ensure that you fully understand the detail behind your forecasts.
